I always enjoy when I can get a hot, well-seasoned meal from RJ's. Prices are fair! Portions are just right! The 'Suicide sweet peach tea, yellow and pink lemonade mix in the large lidded containers' are a must try! And the service is a good-look for this great city of Pine Bluff, AR!
The food was great. Very delicious and satisfying. I had fried chicken, dumplings, and black eyed peas with okra. All of it tasted great. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for some good soul food. The inside is a little rundown, but the staff are very friendly and inviting, and the food more than makes up for the aesthetics.

I’ve been hearing good reports on this place. Especially on Saturday nights when the Blues Society books a band. One of the major pluses is no smoking inside. Also the parking area and store front was extremely well lighted. I left at midnight and walked to my car, one block, with no feeling of any danger. The place was packed with paying patrons I hope the owner can hang onto some profit and continue with success.
